3. Intellectual and industrial property

The site's content (code, design, texts, logos and the MothiOS brand) belongs to the provider or its licensors. It may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without their authorisation.

The provider is not liable for the use users make of the information they enter, nor for the content of external sites that may be linked to.
